Laternenfest on Nov. 8!
Grab your jackets and scarves and join us for a centuries-old German tradition of songs and brightly-colored lanterns to celebrate St. Martin’s Day! We will meet at Pioneer Park in Novato on November 8 at 5:30pm, light our lanterns (with flameless candles), and have a lantern parade with traditional German St. Martin’s songs. After the parade we’ll enjoy refreshments. No lantern? No problem! We’ll have extras if you need one! Everyone is welcome, please bring your friends!
